Testosterone and Estrogen Hormone Implants for Women & Testosterone Implants for Men

Dr. Childrey does Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) through his business Health Additions, PLLC which is not contracted with any insurance carriers. Therefore, he is out-of-network with all plans for any service provided through Health Additions. At this time, most insurance plans do not pay for bio-identical hormone replacement therapy because they consider it to be “experimental and investigational”. If you elect to try BHRT, you will be responsible for payment at the time of service, and our office will not file a claim to your insurance. You must understand that BHRT is completely elective and that no guarantees can be made to you regarding the outcomes. Our staff can answer any questions that you have pertaining to BHRT and costs.
